When it comes to your closet, I think everyone needs staple pieces that go with everything. One of my favorite places to shop for basics is Target! They have so many affordable options. Today, I have rounded up some of my favorite basics from Target under $20. They are having a sale right now which makes these deals a steal! It is so easy to just throw on a basic tee and shorts when going grocery shopping, going to lunch with friends, etc. Just because you are wearing a simple tee and shorts, does not mean that you cannot dress it up. You can throw on a jean jacket, wear some fun sandals, dress it up with accessories (the options are endless)!
Let’s start with this basic top! I love this Target basic that is on sale for only $6! It is a stretchy material and so comfortable! It comes in a lot of different colors and fits true to size. I tied it in a knot and put it on with a pair of shorts (also from Target). I also love these basic tanks that you can find here, here, and here. I have been on the hunt for some new shorts and I am in love with these basic shorts that are only $15! I have the same pair on in the picture above in white. They also come in a light and dark wash denim. The length is perfect! They also fit really well! I find that a lot of shorts gap around the waist, but these do not. I paired it with a leopard top (this one is from Jcrew and is on sale), but you can find one that looks just like this one from Target here. Lastly, we have these lace up sandals! They are the perfect nude color and will go with just about anything in your closet. They are a must need summer shoe. Not to mention, they are only $20!
