Here’s how I made a Stoney Clover dupe fanny pack for less than $50! It was super easy and took me less than 10 minutes to make. The possibilities are limitless. I chose a fanny pack, but you could design a makeup bag, duffel bag, etc. Below, I have included all of the instructions and links to make your Stoney Clover dupe for less!

Step 1: Buy your supplies

The first thing you are going to want to do to make your Stoney Clover dupe is figure out what item and patches you want. I will link several options below. Unfortunately, the exact fanny pack I bought sold out fast, but there are plenty of other options that look the exact same:

Items to put patches on:

Fanny pack options: Option 1; Option 2; Option 3

Small cosmetic bags: Option 1

Medium cosmetic bags: Option 1

Large cosmetic bags: Option 1

Other option(s) for letters: Option 1; Option 2

Flexible fabric glue

You can buy any sort of flexible fabric glue, but I used this one! Also at Walmart and at Amazon (linked below).

Step 2: Put it all together

It is very simple to put your Stoney Clover dupe together. Once you have all of your supplies, you put glue on the back of your patch and place it on the item of your choice. Make sure that you measure the letters out on your item and center them. I would recommend using a ruler. To see my full tutorial on how I put on the letters, you can watch my TikTok here or my instagram reel here. Once you put the letters on, make sure that you give it 24 hours to dry.

**TIP: I used a toothpick and dipped it in the glue and then put it on the corners of the patches after I applied them to my fanny pack to make sure the corners were glued down.

While these are iron on patches, I would avoid using an iron! You could burn the nylon fabric easily.

Step 3: Enjoy your Stoney Clover Dupe for less!

You are going to get so many compliments on your new bag, backpack, fanny pack, or whatever item you chose! Better yet, you just saved yourself lots of money too. These would be great to give out as gifts, party favors, for bridesmaids, etc!
